To ensure the smooth running of your event, please read the following and by paying your deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Balloons are hazardous to children. Please do not leave children unsupervised around Balloons and displays.

Balloons are delicate. Please do not touch displays. Once displays have been set up and we have left the venue, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are kept safe.

Displays are for Hire Only. All items must be returned after your event. Missing items or damaged items during your event will be billed to you.

Deposits are Non-Refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your booking, the deposit will be transferred to your new date (subject to availability).
